ME HENRI SIMON
For over forty years, Me Simon has practiced law in association with various firms. With an array of experience in Civil law, business law, merger and acquisition, trademarks and tax law. He is known by his clients as being extremely passionate about the law and a seasoned litigator.
He didn’t begin his academic career knowing that law would be his passion. After a Baccalaureate degree in Philosophy at the Academy of Caen, France (1969) and after attending as an honor student in French Literature at Mcgill University in 1972, he decided to study law. He obtained his Law Degree at the University of Montreal in 1974 and Masters in Business Law in 1984 at the University of Ottawa. A big believer that you never stop improving your knowledge, he followed a course in the view of obtaining a Post Graduate degree in money laundering at the University of Sherbrooke in 2016.
Me Simon taught Buisness Law at the HEC University.
ME VERONIQUE PILON ROY
Me Pilon-Roy is a member of the Quebec Bar Association since 2011. She obtained her Law degree from University of Québec in Montréal and she also holds her Juris Doctor Degree from University of Montréal, which she obtained in 2013.
She joined the firm in 2013. Me Pilon-Roy has developed a practice in various aspects of the civil and corporate law. She is mainly involved in litigation in hypothecary rights, commercial leasing, bankruptcy and insolvency and in business law.
Pleading regularly before all jurisdictional courts in Québec, she deals with a diverse business clientele in order to draft legal opinions and prevent potential disputes.
