ME HENRI SIMON
Me Simon has practiced law since 1975 in association with various firms.
Me Henri Simon has been practicing law for over forty years. With an array of experience in Civil law, business law, merger and acquisition, trademarks and tax law. He is known by his clients as being extremely passionate about the law and a seasoned litigator.
He didn’t begin his academic career knowing that law would be his passion. After a Baccalaureate degree in Philosophy at the Academy of Caen, France (1969) and after attending as an honor student in French Literature at Mcgill University in 1972, he decided to study law. He obtained his Law Degree at the University of Montreal in 1974 and Masters in Business Law in 1984 at the University of Ottawa. A big believer that you never stop improving your knowledge, he followed a course in the view of obtaining a Post Graduate degree in money laundering at the University of Sherbrooke in 2016.
Me Simon taught Buisness Law at the HEC University.
ME VERONIQUE PILON ROY
Me Pilon-Roy est membre du Barreau du Québec depuis 2011, après avoir obtenu un Baccalauréat en droit de l’Université du Québec à Montréal. Elle a également obtenu son diplôme pour avoir complété en 2013 un Juris Doctor de l’Université de Montréal.
En janvier 2013, elle s’est jointe à l’équipe de Simon & Associés, Avocats. La pratique de Me Pilon-Roy englobe divers aspects du droit dans les domaines civil et corporatif, du litige, de l’exercice de droits hypothécaires et des baux commerciaux, de la faillite, de l’insolvabilité et des affaires.
Plaidant régulièrement devant les instances judiciaires du Québec, elle est également consultée par une clientèle d’affaires diversifiée afin d’obtenir des opinions juridiques et prévenir d’éventuels litiges.
